Thanks for installing our Extension! Our Extension gives recruiters a new way to find the best candidates available. We recognized you are actively looking for candidates and will present the best matches from our FirstLook pool.

All you need to do is open a job post on a website, such as LinkedIn or Indeed, and candidates will be brought right to you. Alternatively, if you happen to land on a LinkedIn profile of someone you consider a good match, our extension will find and suggest similar individuals from our pool.

To show you how this works, we have included a demo job post on this page. The Randstad RiseSmart Browser extension will detect the job post and offer the best candidates available within our FirstLook pool. Look for the blue Randstad RiseSmart tab to pop-out on the right side of this page to get started.

  • Finding candidates on a job post
    To get started, navigate to a job posting. The extension will automatically detect if the page you are viewing contains an open job posting. It will extract the details of the job and calculate the best candidate matches from our pool. If you see a blue Randstad tab on the right side of the page, this means we have detected the job and are ready to show you candidates. Click to see who’s out there!

  • Finding similar candidates via a LinkedIn profile
    When you navigate to a LinkedIn profile, the extension will automatically detect if the page contains a profile. It will extract the details of the individual and show you people with similar skills and talents. If you think you found someone who closely matches your target, click on the blue Randstad tab to discover similar candidates.

Responsibilities
At least 8 years of project management experience in software development. Mobile app development helpful.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).

Strong technical proficiency.

Strong project management, planning, decision making, negotiating and change management skills

Experience with schedule, budget, cost and risk management tracking tools

Outstanding presentation skills, for collaborating across many participating teams.

Education & Experience
BS degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience
Certification in project management (PMP) desired
